OK we are back had a great time and froze it was so cold it was -1 this morning with a nasty wind to go with it. again i have taken a hundred pic's so here are a couple of them.

the pic of the pups head shows a chocolate patch he has a couple more choc patches on his rump his colours are black,tan,gray,white and chocolate what a mix of colours i think it's called a quin of colours does any one know if this is right. that might be a good name for him.

He's very cute

Quin is his name he has five brothers and five colours i tried calling him donnie and pup plus a couple of other names but him did not respond to any of them so a new name will not hurt him at all. i think i am safe to say that he is the only dog around with that name.

Great photos...they look like they had fun. Not much grass about for those cows, they really did miss out on the rain, I feel for them.

yes they had a great time. the pic's of Quin sitting and picking mud from his feet was a year round swamp but as you can see not anymore and the same with the creek it's now bone dry the only water she has now is from the bore. she has had some rain but it was in between the frosts so of coarse nothing has grown. Robyn owns 30,000 acres here are a couple of pic's of her land. the tree line on the hill is one boundary and the same in the next pic it was to cold to worry about the rest the property there two more boundary's out there some were but i didn't care i just wanted the heater

mind you i do take a heap of pic's then pick out the good ones i use the video camera to take the still shots because the dogs can be a long way of doing what dogs do best and don't know that i am watching them. i hate taking photo's of dogs or people that are posing i like to get them when they don't know about it. it's more natural and looks heaps better.
