Hi I am trying to find the breeder and any info on my koolie
This is the info I have so far...........
-She was born in the Kilmore area VIC
-Her name by breeder was 'KATE'
-she was purchased in Oct '06 by Aimee and chris bratton at approx 10mths old?
-Apparently both parents were koolie and she was the only tri colour in the litter.
-she is approx 22mhs old.
-She is tri coloured-white head, brown ears, back and tail black ,white tip on tail, brown on legs and white sox.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

hi sheree e4
I have had a look through our members list and we don't have any members that breed around Kilmore, but I have heard of people that have bought koolies from there. I get the impression they breed on a fairly regular basis, it would be worth keeping a check on papers for ads for puppies for sale and perhaps contacting vets in that area to see if they could put you intouch with anyone they know that has koolies. Will certainly keep an ear open for you.
Good Luck!

She sure has a happy smile, living with you must be fun.
I agree with Silhouette, you could also put an add in their local paper with a photo asking for more info.
I'll find out the name of the papers and send it to you.
Best of luck, with your search.
Hopefully once the breed test is available you will be able to identify her bloodline through genetics.

signthankspin.gif Silhouette and TJ for your help.
TJ I emailed you last night regarding the DNA.
Matilda is turning out to be everything I'd hoped for she is finally sitting when asked........she had her first agility lesson last saturday and I have never seen a dog pick up what they were meant to do quicker.she did every obsticle and acked as though she had been doing it for months.
EVEN my instructor could not believe how fantstic she was and thinks she is going to be awesome!!

I AM HOOKED.......definately.

Matilda really enjoyed herself but hated waiting her turn.....I run 3 dogs!!I have to say Matilda has picked up everything so quikly ...........except "sit" but the last 2 days she has been doing that nicely aswell. It is strange she learnt down, stand, stay quickly but sit has taken her about a month.I don't think I'll ever have a different breed now I AM HOOKED for life.
So after Matildas DNA results come back I might let her have a litter next year depending if I can find a suitable male who represents what I want for agility and obedience........not sure yet.
