Hi Everyone,
I am not sure if this is OK to do but I noticed these Koolies while looking at the RSPCA site. As it states on the RSPCA's site that they are looking for a home together it is really unlikely (I think) that someone from around Melbourne would adopt them as a pair.

Hi Rachellebuck, Koolie Rescue has been in contact with the shelter and will continue to monitor the pair.
They are brother and sister and upon our advice they have decided to place them separately, to avoid sibling rivalry.
They will contact us if they run out of time, but feel confident that they will find good homes as they are such a lovely pair.
We have sent their photos to people waiting on our rescue list, but we are also rehoming two separate litters of 6 and 9 puppies, plus a set of parents and there is another adult female in the line.
There's nothing for ages then it's like a flood and they come from everywhere.
Our thanks for the heads up, keep your eyes peeled it's a great help to know more people are watching out for Koolies in need.

No problems Iwas talking with the shelter today, if they haven't found homes by next weekend we step in.
That fostering job might be coming your way sooner rather than later.
Will keep you posted

TJ, did the RSPCA give you any information about these guys, just wondering.
How are you going with rehoming the litters of puppies??
Please don't bring any of them to herding, I have been told NO MORE DOGS by Nick although I would love another man about the place to keep the girls in line!!!!

Well these guys are safe at my place now!!! They are really nice dogs and are adjusting nicely. Phenoix (the male) is a big puppie really and has just discovered the joys of a sqweeky toy. Tiger is more reserved and like human contact more than playing with other dogs. I will keep to all updated!!!
thanks for letting me help out Tjukurpa
