i got the sad phone call today from Becky telling me that Chase had hung himself on the back fence. he was only tied up for 2 hours while she was at work, what a shame he was a beautiful dog and not even 12mths old yet we will all miss him greatly.
rest in peace buddy we miss you very much.
chase had a bad start to life i rescued him from a pet shop he was covered with ring worms and had cocsidiosis and worms and was only about five weeks old. but i am glad that he had 9mths with Becky and the kids he had the time of his short life with them and loved every minute of it. for anyone that is against tying dogs up he was only on the chain because he could jump the front fence which was much shorter then the back fence and bec lives on a main road

Jeez mate so sorry to hear the tragedy.
You did a good thing and he had a good life who can ask for more.
It's not the quanity but the quality and Chase had that in trumps.

So sorry to hear, poor Becky please tell her we are so sorry. It's an awful thing to happen but sometime they will find a way to kill themselves whatever you do to try and make them safe.

What a horrible way to find your beloved dog. I am sorry for the lost but sometimes you are dammed if you do and dammed if you don't. My thoughts are with Becky and her family at this sad time. But I am sure he was better off after you found him royalla

So sorry to hear about Chase. What a tragic thing to happen. He looks like he was a really great dog and that smiling face shows he was well loved.

Sorry to hear about you and Becky's loss with Chase. Think of all of the good times that you have had with him the last 10 months or so. It was a better life than what he would have had if someone else had him.

thank you guy's i will let bec know that you were all thinking of her and the kids and yes it was a shock to find him dead the old lady next door to bec had taken him down for her and had tried to revive him but it was to late. chase was muched loved and has left a big hole in our hearts, it will be strange to visit bec and not be covered in koolie kiss'ss
