"Do not stand by my grave and weep

I am not there, I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow

I am the diamond glints on snow

I am the sunlight on ripened grain

I am the soft refreshing rain.

When you awake in the morning's hush

I am the swift uplifting rush

of quiet birds in circled flight

I am the stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry

I am not there, I did not die."

Nelson was the most amazing dog. He was the first male dog we ever owned as we always had females. It broke our hearts when he was run over and killed. He would jump on the trampoline with Lily and also by himself. Many a time I looked out the kitchen window and there Nelson was actually jumping on the trampoline by himself. He loved us and we loved him.

So sorry to hear of Nelson's passing. He looked like he was a beautiful boy and what lovely colouring.

A dog on a trampoline - now that would be worth seeing. I bet he gave you lots of laughs.

The poem you chose to dedicate to him is beautiful.

All the best,

Michael.

I was always going to take photo's of him jumping by himself but never got around to it. I know I have one of him somewhere just jumping off the trampoline as he had been playing on there with the kids. When I find it I will post it.

It is so nice to be able to share this with you all.
