Hi Guys
Just thought I would put down a small brag. Gabby is such a star. In her working career of only 8 trials she has passed everything and won everything. She hasnt been beaten yet

. That was my first brag. Second brag just got home from a day trialing. Xena and Inka won both of there classes in ud and Gabby won her novice class with a score of 196. Not only that she won Highest scoring dog in trial, Highest scoring novice, Highest scoring Dover Dog and Gabby was in her first team competition and won that as well. Another Coolie and Cavalier x (Team name: Duncan's bitches + 1)

Also won highest scoring nonqualifying dog as well. Won a huge picture frame a clock and a weather temperture thingy. So what a day
cheers

Hi Beth
Danni asked me to post this as her computer is playing up.
The agility trial is on at the Southern districts grounds on Sat 15th Nov starting at 6pm, Danni will be there about an hour beforehand. It is at the club grounds cnr Wheatsheaf & States Rd Morphett Vale. She is looking forward to meeting you, I won't be there as Ashwyn (Gabby's brother) is too young to compete in agility yet, he is coming along nicely in his training.
Cheers

Thank you Linda for doing that. Just got home from our quizz trophy presentation night from dog club. Had absolute ball. got a few trophies.Got a lovely photo of Gabby in a frame and a photo of Xena in a frame. A couple of border collie figurines a coffee thermos engraved and a trophy. The quizz show was great. A bit like a car rally. we had these clues that who had to do and hand in and you got another clue. Looking like dorks running around the club room counting windows. (there is a bar there and these guys were wondering what all these women and a few men were doing) LOL. Running off to the playground to get a clue. making a two story thing with cards making up a song and singing it (How embarassing) We got second place won some chocolates and a $100 voucher for a photo shoot.
The cordless mouse had died so we had to borrow someones mouse LOL
See ya tomorrow Beth
cheers

Hi Beth
Was nice to meet you last night. Sorry I didnt get to spent too much time talking to you but its usual for me to be running around like a loony bin trying to work out which ring I'm in and which ring to walk so I dont miss anything. Next year will be fun when I will be doing Gabby as well and that will be novice yikes. Xena ended up failing everything which is very unusual for her (that's what happens when you get slack in the training department LOL) The last two runs with Inka that you would have missed were brilliant runs got two first places. Yah got to go home with some money and dog food
Tomorrow night we have our big presentation where I did win some trophies with both Xena and Inka. Hopefully this week I would get told that I won some obedience trophies as well
cheers
Danni
ps hopefully we can meet up again

Woohooo
go Beth and Loulou!!!!!!! Go the coolies
Beth Loulou is gorgous
I have another big brag. We went and picked up our trophies last night and I got a letter from SACA about the obedience presentation and out of a possible 7 trophies my 3 dogs collected 5 of them. Am I proud or what. I must get Linda to do some photos for me LOL.
Little Gabby won Top CCD and Top CD
Xena won Top UDX and Runnerup Golden Dumbell and that wasnt even trying as we were concentrating on UDX and we had only been doing UD which I have been told that I shouldnt do as its too much for a dog. Xena just luvvvvvvs doing ud
Inka won Golden Dumbell
We will be going on Monday for the presentation.
Owell here we go again and write up some more speeches
cheers

No surprises about the CCD, with her scores she must have been just about unbeatable there. But I don't think I knew she'd even started CD. Well done Xena and Inka too. What is the Golden Dumbell for?

Hi Kooliemum
Gabby got her novice in September. She also competed at the Adelaide Royal Show. She won all her classes with scores of 197,196 and 197. She practically knows her open and she is learning her ud and she does most of that as well. Just waiting for the brain and maturity to catch up.
Golden Dumbbell is a major award that everyone wants and this is my 8th one in a row to qualify you do need 15 ud and 15 open passes. Even if you dont get that many the one that is closest gets the award. Inka got her 15 ud passes and only 14 open passes and noone had beaten her passes. Xena got 15 ud passes and only 1 open as I didnt do that many open like 2and I only did ud as I was concentrating on udx.
I am so proud of my girls. Wait till next year when Gabby is doing both obedience and agility. she is so bored at the trials she wants to be out there doing it
cheers

Ok Danni stop already I'm not game to go out in the ring now I'm afraid of embarrasing myself

. Think I better keep practicing at home so when we get out there I won't stuff up to bad. Gotta say that you & your dogs are

& I still want to hear all about them & hopfully I'll see you out there next year.

Hi all
Thought I would post a photo of Xena & Danni with some of the trophies she won at the SACA awards.as well as the ones in the picture she also won 3 others as well.
Xena decided she also had to have her say as Danni was giving her speech, what does being an obedience champ/ agility champ have anything to do with me barking!!!!!
http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/nn164/l.../DSCF4477ab.jpgI'll be taking my trusty camera with me next Monday night so hopefully will have some of Gabby next week, roll on next year when Ashwyn will give them a run for their money (who is she kidding!!)
Smiles Linda
