Hi all, well I've just had a panic and decided I need to get vet insurance. I'm looking for advice or recomendations. I've had neither dogs insured so far, but have been meaning to get around to it and have been slack. So far I've had no health problems with either (if you don't count their psychiatric conditions ha ha), just the normal shots etc. I had a freak out yesterday. Alby's nose looked weird, sort of dry and like cold sores scabby on one side, on the side of his actual nose. Both nostrils seemed to be weeping, and a bit scabby too. Well I ran around to get the camera to post a photo for an opinion but the battery was flat. Anyway, I was thinking PEMPHIGUS and anticipating all the treatments and steroids, and all the side effects for the rest of his life. OMG! Anyway, today it seems a lot better and hopefully he just has a snotty nose which is a bit inflamed, but ofcourse I'll be worrying about it all over xmas.

Anyway, I'm motivated to get them both insured in the new year because you never know. They're young now, but anything could happen I guess.

Are there any recomendations or experiences out there. Who do people use, what have been your experiences. Any advice would be welcome, thanks in advance!
