Daisy arrived in Tasmania this afternoon at about 4.15pm.

She greeted me with a big waggling tail and huge cuddle and kisses!!

OMG SHE IS STUNNING!!! just divine!! soooooooo beautiful!!

Its like she 'knew' I was her mum..
She doesnt seemed worried about anything, slightly confused, but not stressed or anything.

On the way home in the car, she discovered the bag of bread & cordial etc, nuzzling around, I called her onto the seat and she came and curled up..
We have been for a big walk around the paddocks (only small ones) already and she has had a meet & greet with the other dogs here (chins x 2). She bounced around with her new toys and played in the water bowls x 3!!

I just cant get over how gorgeous she is, and smart..we have begun bonding already.. royalla I feel so honoured to be her mum..

Im off now to curl up on floor with my koolie Daisy!!

I hear what you are saying Silhouette, when I dropped Coops at the Virgin depot in Cairns I was a bit concerned that he would make the plane ride. They didn't even put him in his crate, but left him running around the office so that they could play with him.

It was the same with the other three that flew earlier, I was a bit early for the first flight to Adelaide and it was "No problems just leave him with us we'll look after him".

I was secretly relieved when Royalla phoned to say she had picked him up!!! and he wasn't stashed away somewhere.

Best of luck with Daisy, but beware it is very hard to stop at one Koolie they are a bit like chocolates.....

Glad she made it safely and she's made herself right at home with the washing!!! Paxy loves smelly socks and go through the dirty washing sorting out, I'm sure, the smelliest and then running off with them!!

Koolies are very smart and you'll be trying to think of ways to keep her entertained I'm sure!

Daisy is gorgious, bet we couldn't knock the smile off your face with a stick . Koolies are like chocolates one is never enough, I'd have 10 if I could . Nearly pinched Daisy but missed her by this much , ok so that's not really true, just thought I'd tthrow it in. Don't go nuts with the camera 10 or 15 pics a day is sufficient .

We went for another stroll around this morning, she really isnt sure about the mini horses!! takes a wide berth of them right now hehehe but she wasnt toooooo bad in the chook pen with me, sussed it out a bit, and wanted to know what food they had to eat! hehehe

I then had to go ut to my other 2 in the 10 acre block just outside town, she came for the drive, had a run around the paddock there, still wide berth around the horses, and she is coming straight to me when I call just about every time! So proud of her!

Due to the intense heat here at the moment, all of us (meaning me and all the dogs) have done nothing but lay down on wet towels..

Daisy plonked on the kitchen floor with hers, has got up to pee and thats it.
If I move an inch, she's after me, so Ive been tiptoeing around a bit hehehe its just wayyyyy to hot for them to be up and about..

I adore her. Cant stop cuddling and kissing her!

So pleased she has settled in. Koolies are the best creatures out. And they are like chocolates, if I could have more I would. Intelligent, loveable and inquisitive just what everyone loves about dogs. Ceejay had a thing about my bras when she was a puppy, I had busted straps and holes where there shouldn't be (peep holes lol). Enjoy the moments with your puppy because they grow up too quickly.

Paxy loves smelly socks and will run outside and steal them. Stole her thunder by actually rewarding her for stealing them!! The look on her face when I marked and treated her was like "huh"? You want me to steal them?? So a little less stealing socks and now we steal newspapers - they're closer to the backdoor! We've also learnt to shut the laundry door - sometimes slow we are!

She had a hoot of a time!!!
