I am a new member living in the Bavarian Alps in a small village that hosted the 1936 Winter Olypmics and working in Munich. We moved here four and one years ago from Dallas, Texas with our cat, Mork.

Christmas in Bavaria is a special time of the year with the snow flocked trees, hot red wine, and pleanty of treats. Of cource, beer is consumed here all year round in rather large quantities. The Germans actually celebrate Christmas on December 24th. Living here has been and continues to be a reward experience. The Bavarians are wonderful, fun loving people, who enjoy life.

Please have a safe and happy holiday season and pause for a minute and think about the troops that are away from their homes.

Kindest regards,

BiLL......

I love and share your kind thoughts and best wishes for all the troops who are far from their homes and the innocents that are lost and who still suffer.
May god keep us all safe from harm and bring us all together in peace. grouphug2.gif
