I was just wondering if there is clothing available from the Koolie Club? I bought a club hat at the Sydney Expo but didnt know if anything else was available as its a great way to support the breed by fund raising and also a way to promote the breed. If there is not, I would be happy to look into it all and even look after it with sales/postage etc if a volunteer is needed.

We have patches for clothing available as well as the hats, there is a variety of items from the makers of the caps we can access as well. We have started (slowly) putting together a new website and had plans to put what is available up there. We are also going to start a site on an online artists site which will supply various style T Shirts and in the future wind cheaters etc. The beauty of that is that the artist and photographers amongst our ranks can submit their artwork to be available for sale (prints and framed photos as well) of which the profits will be split 50/50 between the club and Koolie Rescue. Everything is handled through the site and they pay the profits straight into our bank account. That should be on the go in the next couple of weeks I hope.
We also have coffee mugs and calendars available.
Certainly if you want to put up your hand, a merchandising officer might be appropriate... It would be worth putting to the committee. Any interest from the membership is always appreciated!

Sil, Happy to take the job on if you need someone to and if I can run it for you being so far away which I doubt would be a problem. Just holler as it would be a great way to raise money for Koolie rescue and the club.
