I just have to write how i feel and say goodbye to Jessie pup.
She was my sister-in-law's dog and it was my first close up experience with the sadness of death.
We went down to Phillip Island Saturday just gone for what was meant to be a happy birthday party for Jamie (my sister-in-law's husband).
Jess came up to us acting strangely and upon closer inspection had some blood on her neck. We took her to the vet but all blood tests came up clear.
We took her home but 4 hours later her condition was extremely worse. They took her back to the vet where they confirmed that it was in fact a snake bite and the previous tests were just too early to tell. Sadly however it was too late for her and at the young age of 4yrs she was put too sleep.
We will miss you Jessie pup and may you wait at the Rainbow Bridge for your special someone.

Yes Jess was the one Tash had an "issue" with.
The next day we just rushed home so we could cuddle our two.

Sorry to hear,it is such an awful thing to happen to a dog. Unfortunately mother nature is very hard sometimes.
