Here's a list of colors that can be used in addition to the colors available in the COLOR dropdown menu. These colors should be compatible with all but the most ancient of browsers. Just use the following syntax to color your text:

[color=colorname]Text to be colored.[/color]

If you want to use any web safe color you want, YES, the BBCode COLOR tag will accept any #XXXXXX color definition as well as color names. For example, the correct syntax for text this color would look like this:
